The following days are considered Holiday’s for The Peak rental rates and will be charged at In-Season weekend rates of $300.

New Years Eve & New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter Eve & Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 3rd and 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve & Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
